Steven A. Bernstein is an accomplished professional experienced in managing training, documentation and software application projects. A common goal of his projects has been to increase business productivity.

Mr. Bernstein has held consultant, manager, director, general manager and vice president positions throughout his career. He worked with a wide variety of established and start-up companies including: Comcast Cable, Adelphia Communications, RCN Corporation, CoreComm Communications, PrimeStar Partners, Synacor, GS1, Wyeth Ayerst Pharmaceuticals and General Motors.

Since 1999 he has been an associate of the Princeton Center managing key projects and implementations.

Karl G. Kelly, Vice President of Research & Development

Karl is one of the principals of Princeton Center for Education Services, Inc. and has been with the company for over 25 years. His substantial background in database design has guided his approach to knowledge capture and representation and is reflected in the products he has developed.  During that time he managed and was responsible for all software design, development, and documentation.

His creative accomplishments include: Personalized Education Management System for schools, Education Support System a multi-tiered (District/School) system for administration – attendance, grade reporting, scheduling, etc., Instructional Management System – managing students progress vis-a-vis, curriculum, assignments, and assessments, Process Design Tool for the petrochemical  industry, a collaborative information exchange system for the pharmaceutical industry, a support application for software development, problem and license tracking, SAPorter, a software applications simulator add-on to ExpressTrain, HyPerformance, a performance support knowledgebase for the steel industry, an SOP mapping and revision tracking system for pharmaceutical manufacturing, and of course, the ExpressTrain product line.

His effort in the organizing the R&D group within Princeton Center for Education Services was instrumental in enabling it to meet the requirements of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) software audit. With Princeton Center for Education Services he divides his time between product improvement, and consulting – primarily content development and technical writing. He holds a B.S and M.Ed in Language Arts Education (English teacher) and ABD in Instructional Systems.

Dr. Peter J. Rizza, Jr., President & CEO

Dr. Rizza has over 30 years of experience in technology-mediated instruction, with special focus on learning models and knowledge transfer strategies. He served as manager of Courseware Design for the Control Data PLATO project, where he contributed to many of the interactive design standards used today. In 1985, Dr. Rizza formed the Princeton Center for Education Services, Inc. to help companies design performance support systems, training management systems, and create rapid development tools. He has personally authored hundreds of computer-mediated courses and has presented professional papers on instructional design strategies throughout the world. Dr. Rizza holds a B.S. and M.Ed. in Mathematics/Education from Boston University and a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instructional Systems from The Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Rizza is currently the Vice President of Operations for the MidNJ-ASTD Chapter1097, the CEO of Princeton Center for Education Services, Inc., and President of the Training Factory, Inc., as well member of the Corporate Advisory Council for Bloomsburg University – Institute for Interactive Technology, the Author of the Mathematics Curriculum for New Century Education Corporation, and Author of the book “A Models Based Approach to Computer Based Training Design and Development”.
